Within our Air Pollution Control department we are looking for a **Commercial Project and Contract Manager** (M/F/d) in Raaba/Graz:
**YOUR TASKS**
- Responsibility for international plant construction projects in joint responsibility with the Project Manager regarding all commercial and contractual issues;
- Leading commercial negotiations with customers, consortium partners and suppliers;
- Safeguarding compliance, securing and enforcement of the rights and obligations imposed in contracts in commercial matters;
- Carrying out the necessary clarifications with procurement, tax, legal, finance, insurance and controlling departments for project specific issues arising from the contract,
- Definition and implementation of relevant commercial concepts and strategies;
- Ensuring a proper cost controlling including forecast/cost estimate under considering of the budget requirements;
- Regular creation of external and internal project reports and participation in reviews with the management;
- Reviewing the contractual and financial risk situation (assessment, monitoring, reporting);
- Performing the claims, change and variation management together with the Project Manager
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Completed commercial training (e.g. FH, University) and several years of experience in a comparable field;
- Good technical understanding;
- Advanced skills with SAP ERP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- High social competence and leadership abilities;
- Hands-on mentality and strong communication skills;
- Efficient, stress resistant and results-orientated way of working;
- Excellent German and English skills;
- Willingness to travel worldwide (~ 10-20%)

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 3.790,58 for this position.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
