**Deine Rolle am Glück**:

- In dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle bist du für die fachliche und disziplinäre Führung des Compliance Teams verantwortlich.
- Du setzt deine Expertise aus einem bereits - im Idealfall von dir - implementierten Compliance Systems ein, optimierst die laufenden Prozesse unseres CMS und verantwortest dadurch die Sicherstellung von stabilen und verlässlichen Rahmenbedingungen.
- Durch deine Routine und Erfahrung im Compliance werden rechtliche Anforderungen, insbesondere bei dem Themen Datenschutz, Informationssicherheit, Anti-Geldwäsche und Anti-Korruption präzise eingehalten.
- Du leitest Compliance Maßnahmen ab und setzt diese in der Unternehmensgruppe um.
- Du entwirfst und begleitest interne Schulungsmaßnahmen.
- Du bereitest interne und externe Audits vor uns begleitest diese während der Durchführung.
- Bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Compliance-, Datenschutz-, und Informationsmanagementsystem bist du mit deiner Kompetenz zentraler Ansprechpartner.

**Dein Einsatz im Team**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium und mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Compliance
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung eines Compliance Systems
- Erfahrung mit US-amerikanischen Finanzmarktaufsichtsregeln (insbesondere SOX) von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend Voraussetzung
- Führungserfahrung sowie Erfahrung in einem internationalen Umfeld setzen wir voraus
- Fähigkeit, ein dynamisches Team zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln
- Hohe IT-Affinität und sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeit und Umsetzungsstärke
- Lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft und starker Eigeninitiative
