DO & CO is seeking an Calculation & Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team in our production unit in Vienna. We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow within our company. If you have a strong passion for Formula 1 and professional experience in calculation area, we want to hear from you

**Job Description**:

- Product calculations (based on material and personnel costs)
- Material cost management of national as well as international events and reporting to management
- Preparation of commodity demand assessments & production planning reports
- Ongoing development and implementation of costing and planning processes
- Defining internal and external supply chain processes and supporting technical implementation
- Documentation & management of product specifications
- Direct cooperation with purchasing, production, sales and controlling departments

**Qualifications**:

- Successfully accomplished business education (WU, FH)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Very good IT user skills - especially MS Excel; database and ERP knowledge is an advantage
- High degree of accuracy, flexibility and resilience
- Analytical, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking & acting
- Knowledge of the catering industry is also an advantage
- Professional knowledge of German and English
- Willingness to travel for international business trips (F1 events) - between 10-30%
