- date who supports our Retail Daily Banking team in Vienna as a:
PRODUCT MANAGER
RETAIL ACCOUNTS & CARDS (F/M/D)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create value propositions for our account and card products, based on customer needs
and technological possibilities in digital banking
- Utilise customer needs to define our products via customer journeys (stories & epics)
- Operate market research regarding customer segments, targeting and price testing to
create ideal customer packages and product offers
- Develop and adjust business cases & maintain and prioritise the product backlog
- Cooperate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure a smooth product delivery
YOUR QUALIFICATION
- Economic/finance-based studies and 5+ years in daily banking or digital banking
- Understanding of customer profiles and experience and digital marketing principles
- Ability to contribute to a multi-layer IT development process for mobile banking
- Ability to define business requirements to product and customer journeys
- English language a prerequisite (CEE languages a plus)
