In this role you will be a member of our Planning Team and be responsible for achieving company goals for

inventory, on-time delivery (OTD), lead time and labor/manufacturing productivity. This includes managing the

main production schedule to minimize costs and maximize plant performance.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Develop and maintain sales forecasts, reconcile volume and mix, and prepare material resource, order

and project planning, taking into account capacity and supplier schedules.
- Ensure forecast, order backlog and customer demand plan match available production capacity

(production schedule planning) within an Integrated Business Planning (SIOP) framework to achieve ontime

performance of customer and inventory goals.
- Participate and provide input during the Demand Consensus meeting (sales, product management, etc.)
- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts compared to revenue plan
- Support planning processes including overseeing scheduling activities, evaluating current processes for

continuous improvement opportunities, quality assurance representative on planning team and

responsible for accurate planning master data in ERP system. Ensures planning processes support

company and Global IBP initiatives and serves as primary point of contact for escalation.
- Commit customer orders into backlog at best available date based on parts and capacity availability
- Serve as primary point of contact to demand owners on delivery status of customer orders
- Review all demand requests and demand change requests per Master Scheduling Standard Work
- Create purchase requisitions as per MRP for purchasing to execute
- Manage planning exception messages and provide feedback on plan fulfilment
- Strategically monitor and control inventory in collaboration with Purchasing, efficiently manage materials

to meet company goals for inventory, OTD and lead times, and manage production schedule (Master

Production Schedule) to minimize costs and maximize production performance.
- Prepare statistics and analysis, provide and present planning reports to management (including

international) and perform weekly, monthly and year-end closing including organizing and performing

annual inventory.
- Prepare and collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer requirements and revenue recognition

(sales forecast) and participate in development projects.

Preferred Experience / Skills:
Commercial education (HAK) with Matura degree.
- Completed technical education (HTL) with Matura for mechanical or industrial engineering and/or university degree in mechanical or industrial engineering preferred.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
- Very good computer skills.
- Adequate professional experience desired.
- Precision and accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Motivation, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
- Very good communication skills.
- Organizational skills.

Required information pursuant to section 9 of the Austrian Treatment Act (GleichbehandlungsG): Minimum yearly gross remuneration as per collective agreement for full-time employment from € 38.682,28 p.a. upwards - overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
