Production Planner

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages production orders and shortages for all products (EOS, DVP, DVxx, etc.)
- Works closely with SPMs, buyers, CEs, warehouse and engineering to guarantee material availability during tool assembly and testing
- Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.
- Provides input to management; schedules and/or interfaces with marketing, sales, production and engineering managers.
- Works to resolve (in case of design changes) labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions.
- Oversees the master schedules and ensures comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing.
- Reviews tool costs with Finance (target vs. actual costs)

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Completed apprenticeship in Mechatronics or administration (Bürokauffrau/mann)
- Graduate of HTL or HAK would be preferred
- Good analytical skills with ability for accurate and reliable ERP processing
- ERP/SAP skills MM/PP modules preferred
- Team player with good communication skills
- Abiltiy to work well cross-functionally
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability and willingness to learn (GIS systems, processes)
