As a partner manager you are responsible for growing and developing our partner ecosystem and delivering net new ARR from both partner sourced and co-sell revenue. We are a product-driven company and visionary best-in-class product is the key for our customer’s success. The building out our partner ecosystem is crucial for our continuous growth in one of our key markets (Germany).

**\uD83E\uDDD1\uD83C\uDFFD‍\uD83D\uDCBB As a Yokoy partner manager, you will**:

- Leverage your network to source, recruit and onboard new partners
- Contribute to the revenue targets by delivering net new ARR via partners
- Set up and manage Go To Market plans with our key partners
- Enable our partners for success via sales excellence onboarding and coaching
- Act as the partners conduit with Yokoy
- Develop strong internal cross functional relationships
- Support the business with good decision making and the right partner focus and investment
- **️ As a Yokoy partner manage requirements of the role include**:

- You’re an accomplished Partner Manager with 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS
- Knowledge of ERP, Finance, Procurement or Expense management
- You enjoy building partner relationships and markets from scratch
- You are a skilled collaborator and a proven cross functional player
- You’re an excellent communicator
- You can identify what motivates and drives our prospective partners
- You have the ability to develop and manage Go To Market plans
- You are prepared to be scrappy and a self starter
- You are fluent in English and German, other languages are a plus
