**Senior Communications Expert (all genders)**:
**Your tasks**:
In close collaboration with the Managing Director for Marketing & Corporate Communications, and in conjunction with Group HR, Board Office and Investor Relations, you will manage all internal and external communication activities with the aim to foster superior employee engagement and drive reputation building of Addiko and its services. More specifically, you will carry out the following duties:
**Internal Communications**
- Create and deliver compelling internal communication strategies to engage and inspire our employees and to keep them informed across multiple channels and multiple office locations
- Bring new and creative ways of thinking to internal communications in the age of remote and flexible working.
- Communicate key milestones and events such as our financial results as well other areas of our work including Diversity and Inclusion, Health and Wellbeing, Sustainability and Climate Change
- Ensure our internal communications are consistent with our external communications strategy
- Collaborate with Group HR to create digital external employer branding campaigns
- Close collaboration with the Marketing team to ensure brand messages are proactively shared with employees and appropriately pulled through all corporate communication activities

**External Communications**
- Manage the strategic communication planning for long-term storytelling on Addiko and its services, using a broad range of channels and formats.
- Write stories that speak to the approach and way of providing digital lending of Addiko, demonstrating the benefits for the customers and inspiring others to try and engage with Addiko
- You develop and execute media relations campaigns and ongoing communication for use with Austrian and CSEE media to promote Addiko, our brand and other initiatives
- You develop statements, press releases, and executive and brand messages to reflect the company’s position on various proactive and reactive matters, including its products
- You closely partner with local Communications colleagues about ongoing company news flows and issues-related messages
- The Group-wide coordination of all external communication activities, press events, press conferences, content development and publishing in social media, etc. in coordination with local counterparts falls within your area of responsibility

**Your profile**:

- You have education and training in the field of Communications, Business Administration or related
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in external communications and PR as well with key off
- and online journalists
- Preferably you have already gained experience in the financial industry
- Excellent command of English and German, both in spoken and in written, SEE languages are a valuable plus
- You are an exceptional writer and producer of content - from long-hand copy writing e.g., blog posts to press releases, and social media content in all forms
- You are used to operate without the support of a PR or Communications agency
- Have a high attention to detail and be used to operating in a fast-paced, quick turnaround environment
- You are a committed team player with can-do attitude and positive personality
