**Deine Rolle am Glück**:

- In dieser spannenden Funktion bist du für die Planung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen sowie für die Leitung dezidierter PR-Aktivitäten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Manager Public Relations & Corporate Media verantwortlich.
- Deine Kreativität bringst du durch die selbstständige Konzeption, Recherche und Aufbereitung von zielgruppenspezifischen Texten und Storys für die interne und externe Kommunikation (z.B.: von Reden, Pressetexten oder auch Video-Reportagen) zum Vorschein.
- Aufgrund deiner Expertise verantwortest du die integrierte Geschäfts
- und Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung der Unternehmensgruppe und agierst als Ansprechperson für unsere Fachbereiche.
- Du bist für die Koordination und Durchführung von Medienterminen zuständig, unterstützt bei TV-/HF-Statements und bist direkte Ansprechperson für Medien.
- Die Entwicklung und Abstimmung von Wordings und Medienbriefings für Expert:innen und die Geschäftsführung runden dein Profil ab.

**Dein Einsatz im Team**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikationswissenschaften/Journalismus/Medien oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Unternehmenskommunikation, PR oder Journalismus
- Erfahrung in einer aktiven Sprecher:innen-Rolle sowie in der strategischen Medienarbeit von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Konzeption sowie Umsetzung von integrierten Kommunikationsprojekten
- Sehr gute Textkompetenz, ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten und gute Auffassungsgabe, stilsicheres Stakeholder-spezifisches Textieren
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
