Cloud Solution Architect Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver success through empowerment of your team by modeling, coaching, and caring.
- Support the voice of the customer/partner through escalation, acceleration, and an additional emphasis of feedback, gaps, blockers, insights, resources.
- Ensure your team of architects are equipped with the capabilities and means to deliver meaningful architectural demonstrations.
- Provide your team with a holistic perspective of customer/partner challenges, industry trends, and competitor
- Foster a community sharing and leverage of pre-existing resources by encouraging and empowering the team to share learnings.
- Develops and expands existing impactful relationships with customer and partner architects, C-level technical decision makers (TDMs).

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in technical sales, engineering, or consultative delivery within Development, as well as a proven track record in people management and people development.
- A strong understanding of ERP and CRM solutions.
- Extensive experience partnering with customers to drive change management or technical adoption.
- Ability to generate trust, build alliances, and orchestrate interdisciplinary teams to the benefit of customers.
- Thought leader with executive presence, including the ability to hold CxO and BDM level discussions, exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Empathy, curiosity, and desire to constantly improve, acquire new skills and drive for results**.**:

- Experienced in implementing, customizing, operating, maintaining and/or troubleshooting CRM and/ or ERP environments, ideally in multiple industries.
- Demonstrate Technical leadership through prior technical coaching/management roles**.**
