**Unit Head User Applications (m/w/d)**:

- RAIFFEISEN INFORMATIK GMBH & CO KG, WIEN

**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei der strategischen Ausrichtung und Weiterentwicklung der Raiffeisen Informatik
- Aktive Umsetzung der Unternehmensziele gemeinsam mit deinen Direct Reports
- Leadership und People Management basierend auf dem agilen Mindset sowie Coaching und Entwicklung der Direct Reports
- Du sorgst mit deiner Unit dafür, dass der Kunde begeistert ist unter Abwägung von Kunden
- und Unternehmens-Interessen in enger Abstimmung mit Direct Reports
- Du vertrittst die Raiffeisen Informatik nach außen
- Schaffung von Rahmenbedingungen für die Entwicklung deiner MitarbeiterInnen, Wissensmanagement und Know-How Transfer
- Kommerzielle Planung und Steuerung des Tribe-Budgets und Verantwortung für den wirtschaftlichen und finanziellen Erfolg
- Aktives Stakeholder Management mit regelmäßigem Feedback
- Begleiten der Teams im Veränderungsprozess

- Leadership-Persönlichkeit mit einem positiven & wertschätzenden Mindset
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Erfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement auf höchsten Managementebenen
- Ausgeprägte Expertise im Bereich des End-User Arbeitsplatzes im Business Umfeld, in den Aspekten: Technische Entwicklung, Security, Usability, User Adoption
- Practice Leader für den Einsatz moderner Collaboration-Systeme (O365) und Weiterentwicklung von „new way of working“ und Automatisierung im End-User-Computing
- Gutes Verständnis der IT-Infrastruktur, Erfahrung im Cloud-Computing und KI
- Interesse an neuen Technologien, Trends sowie Entwicklungen
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Top-Managementebene
- Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Für diese Position wird je nach konkreter Qualifikation und adäquater positionsrelevanter Berufserfahrung ein monatliches Bruttogehalt gemäß IT-Kollektivvertrag geboten. **KV-Einstufung LT02 Regelstufe (5.717,-) für 38,5h/Woche.**
