- Aktive Umsetzung der Unternehmensziele
- Etablierung Datenkultur & Data Driven Identity
- Entwicklung Richtlinien und Governance-Strukturen für verantwortungsvollen Einsatz von AI
- Leadership und People Management basierend auf dem agilen Mindset sowie Coaching und Entwicklung des Teams, Wissensmanagement und Know-How Transfer
- Du sorgst mit deiner Unit dafür, dass der Kunde begeistert ist unter Abwägung von Kunden
- und Unternehmens-Interessen in enger Abstimmung mit Direct Reports
- Du vertrittst die Raiffeisen Informatik nach außen
- Kommerzielle Planung und Steuerung des Budgets
- Aktives Stakeholder Management mit regelmäßigem Feedback
- Begleiten der Teams im Veränderungsprozess

**DAS BRINGST DU MIT**:

- Leadership-Persönlichkeit mit einem positiven & wertschätzenden Mindset
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Erfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement auf höchsten Managementebenen
- Experte/in im Bereich modernes Datenmanagement (zum Beispiel DataMesh) und Daten-Technologien, Erfahrung für den Aufbau von effizienten Daten
- und BI-Plattformen bzw. Datensicherheit
- Gutes Verständnis von neuen Technologien, Cloud-Computing, Trends sowie Entwicklungen, vor allem im Bereich KI-Methoden und Daten
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Top-Managementebene
- Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Für diese Position wird je nach konkreter Qualifikation und adäquater positionsrelevanter Berufserfahrung ein monatliches Bruttogehalt gemäß IT-Kollektivvertrag geboten. **KV-Einstufung LT02 Regelstufe (5.717,-) für 38,5h/Woche.**
