**Job Description**:
In this pivotal role you will lead a team supporting the Enablement of Data platforms and capabilities across key internal business units over 100 markets. You will liaise with corporate and market stakeholders to ensure global product roadmaps and deployment roadmaps are aligned with annual business priorities.

The Director of Data Enablement will also be accountable to align corporate teams and suppliers to ensure adequate deployment capacity for globally approved data platforms solutions and manage deployments in accordance with the McDonald’s PMO processes.

In order to achieve strategic objectives you will ensure the team is appropriately educated on strategy and tactics, is sufficiently resourced, and is expertly skilled.

**Core responsibilities**:
**Strategic program alignment**
- Work with global platform owners, product teams, and suppliers to understand platform and product strategy and directions.
- Influence platform and product strategy with functional and capacity demand coming from segments and markets.
- Foster affordable technology stack standardisation and ensure sustainable deployment capacity.

**Stakeholder alignment**
- Keep segment and market technology leadership up to date on changing or new product capabilities and desired deployment targets.
- Assist segment and market technology leaders in demonstrating enabled solutions’ business value to business partners.

**Enable technology in segment business units and markets**
- Align and agree deployment roadmaps with product teams, segment, and market technology.
- Support segment and market business teams with business analysis to standardise metrics and key performance indicators used for reporting and analytics on global analytics platforms.
- Assist corporate legal teams to define compliance to market data storage and protection regulations.
- Work with markets on local Data Platform retirements.

**Market Deployments**
- Own the annual capacity plan matching the market demands.
- Ensure project managed deployment planning and execution.

**Drive standardisation through Governance**
- Provide participation in global data and analytics governance teams and processes.
- Maximize business value in replacing market owned platforms and solutions with global technology solutions.

**New Corporate Technology strategies**
- Understand the business values, prerequires and requirements of new Data Platforms.
- Actively work with the segment and global technology teams to ensure all new Data platforms needs and requirements are met and standardisation across all segments is ensured.
- Actively participate in and contribute to planned Market 0 initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Successful track record in managing deployments using PMO processes.
- Experience aligning product roadmaps and deployment roadmaps to business goals.
- Ability to consult, understand and translate business needs in order to present recommendations and solutions.
- Ability to articulate complex information in a clear, succinct way.
