**Vienna - Part-Time (20h) - Internship**

**3 days a week**:Tuesday and Thursday fixed, the 0.5 day is flexible to be discussed with the Team Leader.

**What you will do**:
***As a Tutor Enablement Intern (CRM), you will play an essential role in supporting our core CRM initiatives and assisting in driving the strategic roadmap for the global tutor community. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on experience in the fields of CRM operations, project management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

**Strategic Support**:

- Assist in delivering the strategic roadmap for the tutor community, focusing on implementing automated, customised multi-channel communication, process optimization and dynamic tutor segmentation
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans, tools, processes to enhance growth and efficiency for global tutors operations

**Project Management**:

- Assist in coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously across different departments and geographies
- Contribute to the successful implementation of projects within challenging targets

**Operational Execution**:

- Demonstrate a proactive and can-do attitude in supporting the conceptualising of processes and especially driving implementation in respective tools (HubSpot, Customer.io)
- Assist in the development and improvement of tools and workflows
- Collaborate with teams across countries to ensure efficient execution of CRM initiatives

**Data Analysis**:

- Work comfortably in a data-driven environment
- Assist in running quantitative analyses and deriving insights from CRM data
- Contribute to identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement based on data analyses

**Who you are**:

- ** **Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or a recent graduate
- Ideally, some prior experience working in tech teams or start-ups
- Possess strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment and embrace a hands-on mentality
- Fluent in English; German language skills are desirable
- Ideally located in Vienna
