**What you will do**:

- Strategist: You understand where impact lies and proactively shape the global tutor recruitment journey including tools & processes
- Project Manager: You take full ownership of the tutor recruitment journey, are structured and on top of your process game driving multiple initiatives simultaneously across departments and geographies
- Data Friend: You feel comfortable in a data-driven environment and can run quantitative analyses and draw insights from these to make data-driven decisions
- Doer: You can effectively conceptualise processes, but also drive implementation across countries and get implement processes yourself when needed
- People Manager: You feel comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders ensuring alignment and speed to implementation
- Team Player: You have a can-do attitude, driving your own initiatives and feel comfortable jumping into new challenges when necessary

**Who you are**:

- Young professional with 2+ years experience in project management, CRM automation, process management or similar
- Tech lover with strong project or process management skills
- Ideally, first experience in working with a CRM system
- Thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment: you get bored with routine and crave for knowledge and new experiences
- Excellent communicator, analytical thinker, and structured problem-solver
- Hustler mentality: you get your hands dirty and do what it takes to bring results
- Comfortable working towards challenging targets and deadlines
- Fluent in English; German nice to have
