**Your mission**:

- Overseeing and guiding the planning of project activities and plans spanning over multiple African countries and stakeholders;
- Collaborating with program managers and representatives of different departments to positively advance project objectives and insure timely deliverables;
- Leading ongoing partner engagement and working with a high level of autonomy;
- Actively identifying new opportunities for collaboration with international partners/clients and building internal and external business relationships vital to the success of the project(s);
- Planning and implementing highly impactful strategic work and -engagements;
- Serving as a central coordinator between internal and external stakeholders.

**Your profile**:

- 7-10 years minimum desired years of relevant experience in the field of strategic
- and stakeholder engagement, or in a related area;
- Master’s degree in international development, international relations, economics, or another field related to this position;
- The ability to navigate through complex projects with diverse stakeholders and effective integration of operational practices;
- Demonstrated time management and leadership skills to monitor and evaluate project activities, including supervisory or oversight responsibilities;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively with international clients and partners, as well as with internal teams and management;
- Enhanced analytical capacity and ability to conduct research and analysis, and lead impact assessments;
- Professional capacity in the English language, written and spoken;
- Experience working on the topics of ethics, gender, youth engagement, and impact or sustainability would be beneficial;
- Ability to work with data, as well as technical teams to create unique tools that drive change.
