This is truly a role where you can put your own spin on the marketing and brand launch of this blockbuster potential drug and is a unique opportunity for a highly successful individual to join as the groups Marketing & Customer Engagement Manager for Austria.
The role will be remote, and you will be need to be based within Austria, with a track history in the launch of new Pharma products within the EU market and ideally out of country launch experience. Within this role you will take ownership of the Marketing & Customer Engagement strategy during the full launch process, and ongoing management of the relevant digital channels, with a focus on innovative solutions. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing for Mid Europe.
**Responsibilities**:
Take ownership for the launch model, engagement framework, key messaging, creative agency relationships, campaign planning and brand positioning as part of the overall marketing strategic plan.
Provide input into the overall brand & launch strategy, and implement the strategic marketing plans.
Support the launch process from a marketing perspective, working closely with the cross-functional team
Co-ordinate assigned launch activities and specific projects with cross-functional colleagues in sales, digital, market access, market research, medical affairs, and other departments.
Integrating digital channels into overall communication model ensuring collaborationacross functional teams (commercial, medical, PR, etc.)
Responsible for the groups local website including editorial content plan & attracting to customers to utilise the service.
Develop and lead a comprehensive digital marketing strategy,
Develop and manage multichannel campaigns linked to customer engagement journeys.
Ongoing management of high-quality campaign execution including performance against target KPIs, deliverable timelines, ROI, and data-driven improvements.
Manage the digital marketing budget and lead annual strategic digital marketing plan development and implementation.
Brief, monitor and manage agency partners to have orchestrated customer engagement experience, including CRM tools, publishing, creative, advertising and PR.
Work closely with the medical teams, driving vision, strategy, and key messages of the portfolio as well as local laws, rules and regulations surrounding marketing of medical products.
Requirements & Qualifications
More than 5 years proven track record in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management and digital marketing experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
Proven success in marketing campaign planning & execution, including hands on experience of building and delivering digital multichannel marketing campaigns with relevant marketing tools and programs.
Product launch experience is preferred, along with knowledge and experience in the cardio-metabolic market.
