**Your mission**:
Are you passionate to lead and enable one of our Engineering Teams? Are you a technology enthusiast eager to shape our data platform and to generate actionable insights? **What you will be doing**
- Lead and manage one of our Engineering Teams building, also, our data platform.
- ** Build a world class team** and foster career development for software engineers (provide guidance, challenge limits, develop craft, etc.)
- Work with the team to test new methods and approaches and to** conduct experiments** in a quick manner.
- ** Build data-driven products** as well as generate actionable insights for Anyline as well as for prospects and customers.
- Take ownership in the sustainable design and continuous delivery of our data platform and our data-driven products.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge and professional experience in **state-of-the-art software engineering** methods and principles.
- Profound knowledge to deal with semi-structured and structured data.
- Capable to structure complex problems and the ability to **identify and counteract potential obstacle**s.
- Demonstrate conflict management and negotiation skills.
- ** Strong communication skills** in written and spoken language.
- Able to deal with uncertainty and agile environments.
- Experience in working in a** highly collaborative environment**.
- Strong sense of personal accountability and goal-orientation.

**Nice to have (not mandatory)**
- Familiarity with technologies the following concepts & technologies is a plus: Cloud-based solutions and cloud-native paradigms (e.g. GCP), ELK stack, Node.js ecosystem, GraphQL, IaaC, GitOps, PaaS, CI/CD and automation.

- ** Compensation**:For this position, the monthly base salary we offer ranges between **€ 4.700,-**/gross and **€ 6.100,-**/gross. The salary is paid out 14x per year, including an all-in contract based on 38,5 hours/week. Your final salary will be in line with your qualifications and experience
