Stellenbeschreibung
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Serviceangebotes im Bereich physische und mentale Gesundheit wie z.B. Sport
- und Ernährungsangebote, Vorsorgeuntersuchungen, psychologische Beratungsprogramme
- Umsetzung von Maßnahmen im Zusammenhang mit Beruf und Familie
- Weiterentwicklung des Monitorings der Maßnahmen sowie Entwicklung geeigneter Kennzahlen
- Identifikation von zukünftigen Handlungsfeldern und Ableitung von organisationsübergreifenden Maßnahmen
- Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Stakeholdern, sowohl intern (Betriebsarzt, Betriebsrat etc.) als auch extern (GK, AK etc.)
- Fachliche Steuerung der organisationsübergreifenden Expertenrunde

Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene akademische Ausbildung (Schwerpunkt: betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement oder Personalmanagement) oder vergleichbare, einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- 2-3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der betrieblichen Gesundheitsförderung und/oder Personalentwicklung
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zum analytischen und konzeptionellen Denken
- Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgewiesene Umsetzungskompetenz
- Hohe Organisations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Sozialkompetenz
- Sehr gute MS-Office
- sowie solide Englischkenntnisse
