Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Manager to join our team at REWE BILLA CEE / Penny Int. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceive, organize, and manage interdepartmental projects to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage the BCEE Board portfolio of projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Develop and interpret decision papers, identifying areas for action and implementing strategic recommendations.
  • Prepare professional presentations, conduct analyses, and respond to ad-hoc enquiries, providing expert advice to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including BCEE Board members, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, or engineering.
  • Several years of professional experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a specialist function or relevant staff position.
  • Proven track record of conceiving, organizing, and managing projects, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and reports.
  • Integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information, combined with a confident and engaging appearance.
  • Fluent written and spoken business English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
