Category Manager Private Labels

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager Private Labels to join our team at REWE International AG. As a key member of our purchasing team, you will be responsible for the international sourcing and purchasing of goods for CEE countries, leveraging synergy potentials within the REWE Group.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to ensure the successful sourcing of goods for CEE countries.
- Collaborate with country organizations to advise on category management and private label strategies.
- Define and implement measures to ensure the implementation of private label strategies and their further development.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage bundling tasks between CEE countries and other REWE business units in operational and strategic matters.
- Advise on the development of strategies for your categories.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in category management or purchasing.
- Excellent command of English, German or an Eastern European language is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and high willingness to travel.
- Excellent intercultural communication skills.
