Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Loyalty and CRM Expert to join our team at REWE BILLA CEE / Penny Int. in a key role that will drive the further development of our loyalty programs in the CEE countries.

As a central contact for loyalty program development, you will play a crucial role in delivering our consumer strategy by owning the overall loyalty program. Your main task will be to continuously optimize and further develop existing loyalty programs while identifying opportunities for strategic growth and development in the CEE countries.

You will enable the BILLA CEE countries to define a strategy for rewards and benefits, tools, and tactics for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers in the loyalty program. Additionally, you will ensure data governance standards and capture data consistently and appropriately across different touchpoints and channels, in compliance with GDPR regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement loyalty program strategies to drive customer retention and acquisition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of loyalty program initiatives
  • Analyze customer data to inform loyalty program decisions and optimize program performance
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain high data quality standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in loyalty and CRM, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and drive business decisions
  • Fluent German and English language skills, with a basic willingness to travel (approx. 2-3 days/month)
  • Passion for loyalty, personalization, and digital transformation, with a strong customer-centric approach
