**Company Description**
We are the inhouse service provider for store systems & solutions within the REWE Group for our CEE Business Units. Together with our colleagues abroad we shape the technical future of retail on store side, which is exciting and thrilling as well as fascinating. We are a valuable contributor to the achievements of our international Business Units. We inspire, innovate, consult and create opportunities to improve continuously the systems, processes and operations in and related to our stores. Be part of our team and bring our hands-on mentality to life.- You will provide guidance related to our store ERP system, set parameters and work with our business units to define, prioritize, and develop change requests
- You align the needs of our business units to foster synergies within the REWE Group
- You will lead / coordinate international projects and you will be an active contributor on internal steering committees
- Support our colleagues with business insights activities by creating your own reports and deep dive into our world of data
- Create / update guidelines, user manuals and workflow descriptions

Professional Requirements:

- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in retail (preferred REWE)
- Good knowledge in change management
- Good computer skills, especially in MS Office, SAP/Business Objects and MS PowerBI
- Fluent English, German or Eastern European language is an advantage
- Willingness to travel to the extent of 20-25%
