Job Description

We seek a highly motivated Customer Experience Strategist - Loyalty and Digital Transformation to play a key role in delivering our consumer strategy by being the overall owner of Loyalty programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for continuous optimization and further development of existing loyalty programmes whilst looking for opportunities to strategically develop and grow in the BILLA CEE-countries.

The role involves enabling the BILLA CEE countries to define a strategy for rewards and benefits, tools, and tactics around how to acquire, engage, and retain customers to the Loyalty program. Upholding data governance standards and ensuring data is captured consistently and appropriately across different touch points and channels and in compliance with the GDPR regulations is also essential.

Additionally, the selected candidate will ensure strategy-compliant implementation of measures through regular performance assessments and targeted ad-hoc analyses. They will interpret results and derive clear recommendations for action, which have a direct impact on performance improvements. Furthermore, they will translate touchpoint strategies into suitable KPIs, define relevant target values, and be responsible for their representation in dashboards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A successfully completed degree preferably in business administration, media management, or a comparable course
  • Several years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in the field of Loyalty/ CRM/Marketing
  • Experience in project management, ideally proven through certifications
  • Knowledge of handling customer data in compliance with data protection regulations
  • Application experience with common tools and/or platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Cloud)
  • Fluent language skills in English and German, as well as a basic willingness to travel (approx. 2-3 days/month)
