Customer Loyalty and Engagement Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Loyalty and Engagement Specialist to join our team at REWE International AG. This role will play a key part in developing and implementing customer loyalty strategies across our BILLA CEE countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer loyalty programs that drive engagement and retention
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of loyalty initiatives
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with external partners to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on program performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in loyalty marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing customer loyalty programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

About the Role:

This is a full-time position based in Wiener Neudorf, Austria. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for customer loyalty and engagement, and be able to think creatively to drive business results. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a minimum annual gross salary of €46,000 (based on a full-time basis).
