Customer Experience Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled CRM & Loyalty Manager to join our team at REWE International AG.

Company Overview

As a business unit of the REWE Group, we have around 100 employees in Vienna. Our CRM and Loyalty department is a part of BILLA International's strategic marketing, serving as the competence centre and first point of contact for customer loyalty & CRM across countries.

We drive the successful development of our countries - Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania - in the area of customer loyalty and support future-oriented digitization of customer processes.

Job Description

This role will involve further developing loyalty programs in our BILLA CEE-countries, delivering our consumer strategy through overall ownership of loyalty programs, and optimizing existing loyalty programs for strategic growth.

You will enable defined strategies for rewards and benefits across countries, uphold data governance standards, and ensure compliance with GDPR regulations.

  • Serve as central contact for loyalty program development in CEE countries
  • Owning loyalty program implementation across countries
  • Optimizing and growing loyalty programs in CEE countries
  • Enabling defined strategies for rewards and benefits across countries
  • Maintaining data governance and GDPR compliance
Salary and Benefits

This position comes with an attractive annual gross salary starting at €46,000 on a full-time basis, along with numerous training opportunities within the Group, staff shopping discounts, flexible working hours, remote work options, and an extensive workplace wellness program.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in loyalty/CRM/marketing, including project management certifications
  • Knowledge of handling customer data under data protection regulations
  • Application experience with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Cloud
  • Fluent language skills in English and German, along with basic willingness to travel (approx. 2-3 days/month)
  • An analytical mindset, structured approach, strong customer orientation, affinity for numbers, and analytical skills
