About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Loyalty Manager to join our team in Vienna. This is a key role that involves driving customer engagement and developing loyalty programs across multiple countries in Eastern Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering consumer strategy and optimizing existing loyalty programs while identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement loyalty programs that drive customer engagement and retention across multiple countries in Eastern Europe.
  • Optimize existing loyalty programs to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute consumer strategy.
  • Ensure data governance standards are met and data is captured consistently across different touchpoints and channels.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in loyalty management, CRM or marketing.
  • Experience in project management and knowledge of data protection regulations.
  • Fluent language skills in English and German.
