Salary Information

We offer an attractive salary range of approximately €65,000 - €85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits such as staff shopping and travel discounts.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Crm & Loyalty Management (M/F/X) professional to join our team as a CRM & Loyalty Manager (m/f/x). As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in driving the successful development of customer loyalty and supporting the future-oriented digitization of customer processes.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing loyalty programs, analyzing customer data, and creating targeted marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.

Your duties will include:

  • Defining strategy for rewards and benefits, tools, and tactics around how to acquire, engage, and retain customers to the Loyalty program
  • Ensuring data governance standards and ensuring data is captured consistently and appropriately across different touch points and channels and in compliance with the GDPR regulations
  • Interpreting results and deriving clear recommendations for action, which have a direct impact on performance improvements
  • Translating touchpoint strategies into suitable KPIs, defining relevant target values, and responsibility for their representation in dashboards
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A successfully completed degree in business administration, media management, or a comparable course
  • Several years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in the field of Loyalty/CRM/Marketing
  • Experience in project management, preferably with certifications
  • Knowledge of handling customer data in compliance with data protection regulations
  • Application experience with common tools and/or platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Cloud
  • Fluent language skills in English and German, as well as basic willingness to travel
