Fruits and Vegetables Category Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Fruits and Vegetables Category Manager to join our team at REWE Group Österreich.

Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting category managers in operational business, managing weekly prices for Billa CEE countries, and confirming prices with suppliers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support category managers in all aspects of operational business
  • Manage weekly prices for Billa CEE countries
  • Confirm prices with suppliers
  • Manage orders to suppliers, including entering them into the system and making changes/updates
  • Check and confirm prices with the accounting department
  • Check reports and weekly results
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you should have at least initial professional experience in administration or category management. Additionally, a good command of English is required, with German or Eastern European language being an advantage. You should also possess strong attention to detail, excellent intercultural communication skills, and very good MS Office and computer skills, including SAP knowledge if possible.
