Category Manager for International Sourcing

Become a key player in our team at REWE International AG and take on the exciting challenge of sourcing high-quality products for our international stores in Central and Eastern Europe.
About the Role- As Category Buyer Private Labels, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to source goods for our CEE countries, leveraging synergy potentials within the REWE Group.
- You will oversee all relevant purchasing processes, ensuring smooth operations and effective implementation of private label strategies.
- A critical component of your role will involve defining measures to ensure the successful implementation and development of private label strategies.
- You will plan, coordinate, and manage bundling tasks between CEE countries and other REWE business units in operational and strategic matters.
- You will advise on the development of strategies for your categories, driving growth and profitability.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to optimize category performance.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in category management or purchasing is essential.
- You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- You should possess a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- A competitive annual gross salary starting at 44,750 Euro, with the possibility of higher pay based on experience and qualifications.
