Salary


The annual gross salary for this position starts at approximately €46,000 on a full-time basis. The compensation package includes numerous benefits, such as staff shopping and travel discounts, flexible working hours, remote working options, and an extensive workplace wellness program.



Job Description


This role involves developing the topic of loyalty programs in our BILLA CEE countries, playing a key role in delivering our consumer strategy, and optimizing existing loyalty programs to strategically develop and grow in the region.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • A degree in business administration, media management, or a comparable course
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of Loyalty/ CRM/ Marketing, including at least 5 years in project management
  • Experience handling customer data in compliance with data protection regulations
  • Familiarity with common tools and platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Cloud
  • Fluent language skills in English and German, with a basic willingness to travel (approx. 2-3 days/month)
  • An analytical way of thinking, structured and responsible work style, and strong customer orientation
  • A high degree of passion for loyalty, personalization, and digital transformation
