Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered an attractive annual gross salary starting at 49,100 Euros (on a full-time basis) with the possibility of higher pay according to experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Financial Operations Specialist for International Markets, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of accounting group requirements and participating in projects such as the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and EU Taxonomy.

You will assist in the preparation of annual financial statements according to IFRS, collaborate closely with different company areas, and participate in international meetings and support during country visits.

Key responsibilities include developing solution concepts for required support based on business unit requirements, designing accounting workflows, and analyzing and optimizing them.

You will also serve as an information hub and coordination between all involved strategic business units regarding accounting and other finance processes in the international area.

A proactive driver of current topics, you will develop accounting policies and work instructions to implement and enforce internal controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require very good MS Excel skills, good knowledge of SAP and other accounting systems, and very good English language skills.

Additional requirements include IFRS 16 knowledge, willingness to travel outside of Austria, and strong communication and organizational skills.

You should be a team player with open-mindedness and intercultural skills, as well as being solution-oriented and independent in your work approach.
