As a business unit of REWE Group, we have approximately 100 employees in Vienna. Our CRM and Loyalty department is a strategic marketing component of BILLA International. We serve as the competence centre and primary point of contact for our countries regarding customer loyalty and CRM initiatives.

We drive the successful development of our countries in the areas of customer loyalty and digitization by defining overarching strategies and undertaking international projects. The countries we support include Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Lithuania.

You can join our team as a Customer Loyalty Manager and combine the dynamic environment of a startup with the advantages of a corporation. Your tasks will be diverse and challenging:

  • You will be the central contact for the further development of loyalty programs in our BILLA CEE countries.
  • You will play a key role in delivering our consumer strategy by overseeing the overall loyalty program.
  • Continuous optimization and further development of existing loyalty programs while seeking opportunities to strategically develop and grow in the BILLA CEE countries is your main task.
  • You will enable the BILLA CEE countries to define a strategy for rewards and benefits, tools, and tactics for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers in the loyalty program.
  • You will uphold data governance standards and ensure that data is captured consistently and appropriately across different touchpoints and channels while complying with GDPR regulations.

To achieve these objectives, you will

  • Ensure strategy-compliant implementation of measures through regular performance assessments and targeted ad-hoc analyses.
  • Interpret results and derive clear recommendations for action that have a direct impact on performance improvements.
  • Translate touchpoint strategies into suitable KPIs, define relevant target values, and be responsible for their representation in dashboards.
