**Teamleiter*in Backend Development (m/w/x)**:
**Vollzeit (38,5h) oder Teilzeit (30h) für unser Büro in Wien**:
Als einer der Branchenführer im Bereich Sicherheitssoftware und als wahrscheinlich kleinstes Unternehmen der Welt mit eigener Scan-Engine ist IKARUS kontinuierlich auf dem Weg, die internationale IT-Sicherheitslandschaft mitzugestalten. Die von IKARUS selbst entwickelten Produkte sowie die Produkte unserer Partner sorgen seit Jahrzehnten für die IT-Sicherheit zahlreicher Kunden. Um unsere **Position in der IT-Branche weiter zu festigen** und unsere **Backend Services zu modernisieren**, aber vor allem als **Ansprechpartner (m/w/x) für unser Backend Team**, suchen wir Dich:
**Deine Mission**:

- Du managst und coachst ein aktuell 7-köpfiges Development Team
- Du arbeitest eng mit den anderen Teamleiter*innen und Expert*innen zusammen
- Du modernisierst unsere bestehenden Backend Services
- Du implementierst neue Best Practices und beschäftigst Dich mit Legacy-Code
- Du setzt eine effektive Teamstruktur auf, in der jedes einzelne Teammitglied seinen Beitrag leistet

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Backend Services
- Erfahrung im Team-Leadership
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Web Service Technologies (zB. HTTP, JSON, Protobuf, REST)
- Bestenfalls gute Kenntnisse von Python und MS-SQL
- Eine inspirierende Persönlichkeit und den Wunsch, einen nachhaltigen Teamspirit zu schaffen
