Die laufenden Forschungsbemühungen von Lilly auf dem Gebiet des Gewichtsmanagements (Adipositas/Übergewicht) stellen eine der komplexesten und vielseitigsten Möglichkeiten in der Geschichte des Unternehmens dar.

Als Brand Manager für den Therapiebereich Adipositas/Übergewicht leistest du dazu einen aktiven Beitrag und verantwortest die Lokalisierung und Implementierung der Marketingstrategie in Österreich als Teil eines cross-funktionalen Teams. Dabei behältst du die aktuelle Marktsituation jederzeit im Auge und arbeitest eng mit dem Sales Team für einen abgestimmten Omnichannel Approach zusammen, um die optimale Versorgung von Menschen mit Adipositas in Österreich sicherstellen.

**Deine Aufgaben im Detail**:

- Umsetzung des Produkt Launches: Implementierung operativer Kommunikations
- und Marketingmaßnahmen in laufender Abstimmung mit dem cross-funktionalen Team.
- Umsetzung von Omnichannel-Kampagnen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Sales Team und dem OCE Manager, inklusive Monitoring der im Team festgelegten Kennzahlen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichsten Stakeholdern innerhalb
- und außerhalb von Lilly.
- Identifikation, Definition sowie strategische Entwicklung neuer Kundensegmente entlang der Patient Journey.
- Mitverantwortung an der Ausarbeitung des cross-funktionalen Launch
- bzw. Customer Plans.
- Kontinuierliche Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des ASG (Austria-Switzerland-Germany) Hub und innerhalb der IBU (International Business Unit).
- Mitgestaltung und aktives Monitoring von Umsatz-, Kosten
- und Touchpointplanung.

- Solide Kenntnisse des österreichischen Pharmamarktes und tiefes Verständnis der unterschiedlichen Bedürfnisse der beteiligten Stakeholder.
- Hohes Maß an Kreativität und holistischem Denken, um Customer Insights in Lösungen umzuwandeln, welche die Kundenbedürfnisse und die strategischen Interessen Lillys miteinander vereinbaren.
- Freude an der hybriden Zusammenarbeit mittels TEAMS, Sharepoint etc. mit zahlreichen internen und externen Partnern.

**Erfahrung**:

- Mindestens 3 Jahre Marketingerfahrung im Rx Pharmabereich.
- Erfahrung mit Produkt Launch und/oder im Life-Cycle-Management mit subkutanen Injektabilia mit dazugehörigen Medical Device von Vorteil.
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Planung, Umsetzung und laufenden Optimierung von Omnichannel-Kampagnen und anderen Projekten.
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Niederlassungen sowie damit einhergehende Pitfalls bei der Übernahme von Initiativen und Unterlagen.

**Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Abgeschlossene Pharmareferentenprüfung von Vorteil.
