Zur Unterstützung unseres Adipositas/Diabetes Teams in Österreich suchen wir zum ehest möglichen Zeitpunkt einen:
**National Therapeutic Area-Manager (m/w/d)**

Der NTA‐Manager ist dem Marketing‐Team zugeordnet und berichtet an den BU‐Head.

Deine Aufgaben im Detail:

- Wissenschaftliche Beratung von und fachlicher Austausch mit Meinungsbildnern
- Aufbau nachhaltiger Beziehungen zu Stakeholdern (Fachgesellschaften, Patientenorganisationen, Apothekerkammer u. a.)
- Konzeption, strategische Entwicklung, Evaluierung sowie Präsentation von innovativen und lösungsorientierten Maßnahmen für die Meinungsbildner
- Umsetzung von Fortbildungsplattformen inkl. der Entwicklung von Inhalten bzw. Leitung der entsprechenden Arbeitsgruppen
- Konzeption und Durchführung von nationalen Fortbildungsveranstaltungen und Kongress‐Symposien der Fachgesellschaften (Organisation durch die interne Event‐Abteilung)
- Kooperation mit den verantwortlichen Brand Managern und inhaltiche Mitarbeit bei Umsetzung der strategischen Marketingkonzepte auf KOL‐Seite
- Anwendung von digitalen Konzepten und Umsetzung von Multi‐Channel‐Marketing‐Maßnahmen am Markt
- Inhaltliche Unterstützung des Sales‐Teams bzw. Schnittstelle zwischen Marketing, Medical und Sales zu Meinungsbildnern

Fähigkeiten:

- Diese Position spricht Naturwissenschaftler an, die sowohl eine Affinität zum Marketing, als auch den Wunsch nach Kundennähe vor Ort haben
- Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium sowie exzellente Deutsch‐, und Englischkenntnisse, EDV‐Know‐how und zeitgemäßes digitale „Hands-on-Mentalität“
- Projekt‐Management‐Erfahrung und idealerweise 3 - 7 Jahre Pharmaindustrieerfahrung
- Expertise in der Arbeit mit Meinungsbildnern am österreichischen Pharmamarkt, idealerweise im Bereich Adipositas/Diabetes
- Kompetenz fachliche Inhalte zu generieren und dieses Wissen in entsprechende Plattformen/Kanäle zu transferieren
- Ausgeprägtes Teamverständnis sowie Durchsetzungsstärke bei relevanten inhaltlichen Themen
- Hohes Antizipationsvermögen für die Aufgaben und Bedürfnisse der cross‐funktionalen Teams (Sales, Medical, Market Access)
