Job Function: Software & Cloud Services The role:

- Du übernimmst die Führung eines Azure Teams, dessen Mitarbeiter in Deutschland und Österreich sitzen
- Du hast die Aufgabe den bestehenden Teamspirit zu erhalten und das Team weiter auszubauen
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für die Saleskollegen mit denen du gemeinsam Anfragen qualifziert und entsprechende PreSales-Ressourcen zuweist und übernimmst bei Bedarf die Vorstellung des Bereiches in Kundenterminen
- In der Angebotsphase prüfst du die fachliche Zuarbeit, sowie die Margenkalkulation und gibst diese frei
- Du stellst während der Deliveryphase sicher, dass die richtigen Ressourcen eingesetzt werden um die Kundenanforderungen zu erfüllen und behälst gleichzeitig die internen Ziele, wie Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit, Mitarbeiterauslastung und auch kommerzielle KPIs im Blick
- Du begleitest deine Mitarbeiter:innen bei ihrer individuellen Karriereplanung, Weiterentwicklung und bei der Projektwahl
- Du bist Teil eines Teamleiter-Teams mit dem du übergeordnete und langfristige Ziele definierst und umsetzt für deinen Bereich
- Du erarbeitest mit dem Team Standardofferings für deinen Bereich
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Backlogprüfung und Forecastplanung für dein Team

What we need to see from you:

- Du hast bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Microsoft Cloud Umfeld und in der Teamführung.
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis von Microsoft-Technologien, Architektur und Infrastruktur im Bereich Azure.
- Du hast Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Mitarbeiterfürhung und Entwicklung
- Zudem hast Du eigene Projekterfahrung im Microsoftumfeld
- Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Kundeneskalationen sammeln
- Du bringst bestenfalls aktuelle Microsoft-Herstellerzertifizierungen mit
- Komplexe Sachverhalte schnell zu erfassen, zu strukturieren und unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner zu vermitteln stellt für Dich kein Problem dar.
- Deine ausgeprägten Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeit sowie ein sicheres Auftreten zeichnen Dich aus.
- Du bringst eine sehr gute Kunden-, Dienstleistungs
- und Teamorientierung sowie Umsetzungsstärke mit.
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
