- Job descriptionWe are looking for an Vienna based Team Lead to join our Takeda RPO Recruitment team based in Austria.

You will be working as part of a dynamic, and highly successful European Recruitment team which manages all Takeda’s permanent recruitment across their Vienna production site.

**Key Accountabilities**

You will be responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment process including:

- Managing a team of Talent Acquisition Partner’s as disciplinary line manager
- Working closely with the team to ensure operational recruiting delivery towards the client KPIs
- Partnering with senior stakeholders through the recruitment process
- Attending Senior Leadership Team meetings to help influence the recruitment strategy and work with Recruiting & HR on mitigating risk and overcoming challenges
- Working on strategic initiatives with Recruitment Delivery Lead and EMEA Lead
- Managing actively own roles - mostly senior and complex roles

**Skills and Experience**
- Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
- Strong recruitment background with measured success required
- Former management experience a plus
- Fluent level German skills
- Proven adaptability in a changing environment, being able to manage changes in processes swiftly
