We are looking for a Group Accounting Team Lead to join our team in the Headquarter. Lead and develop our Group Accounting team, prepare consolidated financial statements, coordinate communication with external and internal stakeholders and drive IFRS compliance and process optimization.

- Management and development of the multi-member Group Accounting team
- Independent preparation of consolidated quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS for reporting on the Vienna and Istanbul Stock Exchanges
- Responsibility for the group consolidation of approx. 90 subsidiaries
- Coordination of the consolidated financial statements - central contact person for external stakeholders (auditors, tax advisors, and consultants) and internal stakeholders (Management Board and local finance teams)
- Technical contact person for accounting topics and IFRS throughout the group
- Varied project work and proactive involvement in the introduction of new IFRS standards, automation, and digitalization regarding process optimization in the preparation of financial statements

**Qualifications**
- Completed business studies, preferably with a focus on accounting
- Several years of relevant professional experience in comparable positions
- Profound expertise in the areas of accounting and consolidation according to IFRS guidelines
- Professional communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
- Team player with good communication skills, hands-on mentality and high level of initiative
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
