Special Procurement Manager (m/w/d) - Teilzeit

- Einholung von Angeboten und Supplier Data Sheets (SDS) bzw. Prüfung mit der Abteilung Compliance
- Erstellung von Ausschreibungen und Lieferantenauswahl in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den technischen Abteilungen und dem Projektleiter
- Vertrags
- und Preisverhandlungen mit den Lieferanten
- Erstellung von Vergabevorschlägen und Bestellungen mit der internen Einkaufsoftware (iTWO)
- Erstellung sämtlicher Dienstleistungsverträge für unser internationales Projektgeschäft
- Erstellung sämtliche Rahmenverträge innerhalb der VAMED Engineering GmbH
- Ablage und Archivierung im Daten Management System (DMS)
- Budget
- und Terminkontrolle
- Analyse aller Lieferantenverträge mit Einkäufern (First Contact) nach rechtlichen Gesichtspunkten
- Claim Assistance bei allen Lieferantenverträge (Draft Claim Management) mit Einkauf und Projektleitung
- Trend
- und Marktanalysen sowie Erstellen von Einkaufsstatistiken

Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Projekteinkäufer/in von Vorteil
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse und ausgeprägtes Interesse im Bereich Vertragsgestaltung und -errichtung
- Juristisches Wording Know-How in Englisch von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, ERP tools etc. - von Vorteil)
- Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Offene, kommunikative und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
- Fähigkeit lösungsorientiert zu kommunizieren, hands-on-Mentalität
- Zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und Fähigkeit zu vernetztem Denken
- Hohes Maß an interkultureller Kompetenz sowie Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
