- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and prices.
- Implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and delivery times.
- Identify new suppliers and analyze market trends.
- Enhance procurement processes for efficiency and quality.
- Develop and manage procurement budgets.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, and legal teams.
- Monitor procurement performance and provide insights.
- Identify and manage procurement risks.
- Develop strategies to reduce risk and ensure supply chain security.

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- University degree or equivalent education level
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role
- Good understanding of financial and economic principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with self-motivation and the ability to inspire others
- Willingness to take initiative and assume responsibility
- Proactive planning and coordination of business relationships with suppliers
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and German, Turkish is advantageous
