- BILLA Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) is part of the REWE Group and manages REWE's supermarket business in Bulgaria, Lithuania, Slovakia and the Czech Republic with almost 900 stores and over 25,000 employees. As a member of our BILLA CEE team, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our international stores by advising the country organizations.**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- You will be responsible for developing and implementing new procurement strategies within our BILLA CEE and IKI countries and for presenting them to the whole organization.
- You will support, train and develop the procurement departments in our countries.
- Negotiating conditions and contracts with suppliers and service providers is part of your responsibility.
- You will ensure accurate and detailed reporting on procured products and services.
- Another task is to act as a turntable for all internationally relevant procurement interfaces, both internally and externally.
- In this role you will also attend international trade fairs and visit vendors to develop existing suppliers and establish new supplier relationships.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- You have completed a university degree (in economics or other relevant studies).
- You have at least 7 years of relevant professional experience in procurement or handling of store/warehouse equipment.
- You can demonstrate a good command of English. German or an Eastern European language is an advantage.
- Very good communication skills and the ability to think purposefully and strategically characterize you.
- You have a high willingness to travel.
