**Our business**

**Your role**:

- You support the project portfolio management on the procurement side
- You manage the definition of the contract strategy for specific projects as well as the tenders for engineering contracts for specific projects in cooperation with the engineering category
- You will direct the procurement activities for specific projects, including development of project procurement plans / managing source-to-contract and contract-to-pay activities with the categories / managing expediting activities / contract management, contract change management and claim management
- You act as the central point of contact and take responsibility for all procurement activities within the project (manager and project owner)
- You ensure compliance with procurement guidelines within projects and advise project owners on the gate keeping/project assurance process
- You integrate HSSE aspects as addressed in the Procurement Policy into all phases of the procurement processes and in all areas of your responsibility; incorporating all HSSE requirements as listed in the HSSE Policy and the Contractor's HSSE Management Standard into your way of working, focusing on the procurement related elements (Engineering & Project Management and Contract Services chapters)

**Your profile**:

- You bring a degree - either technical or business administration study
- You have functional procurement knowledge or experience in procurement processes
- You have category optimisation (market analysis, (specification) optimisation, cost analysis, etc.)
- You bring state-of-the-art transactional procurement processes (tendering, negotiation, contracting, purchase to pay) including an understanding of public procurement
- At best, you have knowledge of project procurement (project portfolio management, project management process, contract models, etc.)
- You have initial experience in the management and implementation of projects
You speak fluent English and German
