**Our business**
**Your role**:
- You actively contribute to all phases of the plan-to-strategy process by combining your specific market experience and internal business needs to develop, implement and continuously improve meaningful contract strategies and action plans together with your stakeholders
- You drive and manage innovation in the supply chain using appropriate tools and techniques and engage your key stakeholders and suppliers
- You conduct source-to-contract processes, following best (negotiation) practice and rules and responsibilities in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the Procurement Policy, and also achieve and maintain effective single and multiple sourcing agreements with competitive prices that contribute to value-added procurement
- You will provide process guidance to all stakeholders and promote the use of electronic tendering tools (mainly SAP Ariba)
- You manage Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process in line with the rules and responsibilities of the procurement policy, which includes beneficiary process management, execution and approval of purchase orders, measurement of contract performance (contract implementation and compliance, delivery reliability, etc.) and management/resolution of complaints
- You implement the controls set out in the Internal Control System (ICS) Risk and Control Matrix for P2P in your day-to-day work
- You maintain and carry out reassessments and optimise supplier portfolios according to the criteria and methods of modern supplier relationship management
- You develop and integrate existing and new suppliers to efficiently support existing and especially changing or new business areas
- You will take part in challenging group-wide projects as well as participate in all management and support processes for Group Purchasing
- You integrate the HSSE aspects as addressed in the Procurement Policy in all phases of the procurement processes and in all areas of your responsibility
**Your profile**:
- You have bachelor degree and at least 5 years of experience
- You have functional procurement knowledge as well as category optimisation (market analysis, optimisation levers, cost analysis, etc.).
- You have state-of-the-art transactional procurement processes (tendering, negotiation, contracting, P2P), including understanding of public procurement
- You have specific knowledge of public procurement in Austria and Romania advantageously
- At best, you have relevant technological understanding as well as experience in the most important procurement markets**What to expect from OMV**:
