In Wien suchen wir dich in Vollzeit unbefristet als Procurement Manager (all genders) bei Arval Austria.

In dieser Position bist Du verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung unseres österreichweiten Supply Chain Managements in Bezug auf Fahrzeuge und Fahrzeugdienstleister. Darüber hinaus bringst Du Dein hervorragendes Beschaffungswissen proaktiv bei der Auswahl und dem Einkauf aller Waren und Dienstleistungen in Bezug auf unser Geschäft Full Operational Leasing ein.

**AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTUNG: DAS ERWARTET DICH**

Du bist verantwortlich für die Optimierung der Kostenbasis innerhalb deiner Einkaufskategorien in Übereinstimmung mit den Verhaltensregeln des Konzerns und auf der Grundlage des besten Kosten-Liefer-Qualitäts-Verhältnisses für das Unternehmen

Du erstellst proaktiv eine Beschaffungsstrategie und Aktionspläne in deinen Kategorien, die das Unternehmensbudget und die erforderlichen Vorräte berücksichtigen, und Du findest passende Lieferanten gemäß den Richtlinien des Unternehmens

Du führst Ausschreibungen durch, sowie Preis
- und Vertragsverhandlungen mit Lieferanten und Lieferanten im Rahmen einer definierten Delegation von Regeln und im Einklang mit den Vorgaben des Geschäfts und der internen Kunden

Du stellst sicher, dass die finanziellen und qualitativen Jahresziele im Verantwortungsbereich erreicht werden

Du nimmst an Lieferantenmanagementprozess teil, wie z. B. Lenkungsausschüsse, Lieferantenleistungs
- und Risikobewertungen, Berichterstattung an die Gruppe, um die maximale Einhaltung des Vertrags sicherzustellen

Du stellst die Einhaltung der Beschaffungsmethoden, -instrumente und des Ethikkodex der Gruppe und der lokalen Mitgliedstaaten sicher

Du unterstützt den Teamleader bei der Prognose des Beschaffungsbudgets

Du bist verantwortlich für eine reibungslose Dokumentation aller Ausschreibungs
- und Beschaffungsprozesse und sorgst für eine State-of-the-ART Vertragsablage

Du bringst deine Erfahrung ein, in dem Du dein Wissen über Markttrends teilst und Optimierungen in Bezug auf die Kostenkontrolle und Qualitätsziele in Abstimmung mit anderen Abteilungen vorschlägst und trägst so zu einer verantwortungsvollen Beschaffungspolitik bei.

**Expertise und Softskills: Das bringst du mit**

BSC-Abschluss in Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management oder ähnlichem

Mindestens 3-4 Jahre Erfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Automobilbranche

Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, (mündlich und schriftlich), Französisch von Vorteil

Aufrechterhaltung ethischer Standards bei berufsbezogenen Aktivitäten und Verhaltensweisen. Immer das Richtige tun, auch wenn niemand zuschaut.

Kritisches Denken: Identifiziert und analysiert Probleme; unterscheidet zwischen relevanten und irrelevanten Informationen, um logische Entscheidungen zu treffen; bietet Lösungen für individuelle und organisatorische Probleme.

Beziehungen aufbauen: Entwickelt professionelle Partnerschaften und nützliche interne Beziehungen durch effektive Kommunikation.

Begabung zur Entscheidungsfindung und zum Umgang mit Zahlen

Ausgeprägte transversale Führungs
- und Einflussfähigkeiten

Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung als Procurement Manager vorzugsweise im Automotive-Umfeld oder in einem schnelllebigen, internationalen Umfeld

Hohes ethisches Verhalten und Erfahrung im Unternehmensumfeld sowie im regulierten Umfeld

Kenntnisse in Sourcing und Beschaffungstechniken sowie Geschicklichkeit im "Lesen" des Marktes und Bereitschaft, aus Sicht der Beschaffung an der Spitze der Entwicklung im Bereich der E-Mobilität zu stehen
