**Your duties & responsibilities**:
The Project Manager Procurement Excellence is responsible for establishing a project governance framework, for centralizing information as well as for defining and providing Management Reports to the right stakeholders. One of the main goals of this role is to develop and implement new standards and practices to enhance the value-centric performance of the procurement function globally.

The main duties and responsibilities of the Project Manager Procurement Excellence are amongst others to:

- Oversee and coordinate Procurement Excellence Program streams and support procurement leadership team with relevant feedback in decision making process.
- Develop program reporting and assist procurement leadership team in reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders.
- Establish frameworks and standards for Program Management and Initiative Management
- Manage and compile program related financial and KPI information
- Provide Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Resource forecasting
- Provide and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking service across the Program
- Ensure cross-program dependencies are managed and the dependency log is accurately maintained
- Responsible for elaborating standards and templates for program initiatives and act as interface between management, functions and project leaders.
- Coordinate project closure to secure best practice sharing and ensure lessons learned are logged and shared across the group

**Requirements**:

- Higher degree (MA or MSc) in Business or similar where analytical discipline required (e.g., Logistics, economics, engineering, etc.).
- Strong project management and change management skills, preferably gathered in international projects
- Proficient computer skills, experience with MS Office Suite, knowledge of project management tool is an asset
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- 5+ years in program management, project management, administration, or related area
- Work experience in management consulting, preferably in procurement or supply chain management
- On-the-job experience within a multinational matrix environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage change and influence key stakeholders where you do not have direct authority over them will be critical to success
