OVERVIEW:

The Finance and Controlling Department, primarily located in Linz, Austria, is responsible for Sportradar Group accounting, including reporting, controlling, budget and bookkeeping. Finance gets things running smooth and fast.

We are currently looking for a Procurement Manager for mainly IT-based goods & services. The responsibilities include strategising to find cost-effective deals and suppliers to satisfy our premium quality demand as well as best ways to cut procurement expenses.

THE CHALLENGE:

- Discover suppliers and initiate business partnerships and maintaining these relationships
- Negotiate with external vendors
- Setting up procurement processes and monitoring/improving on policies
- Preparation/negotiation of contracts and tender management
- Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
- Continuously monitor and improve the quality of service provided
- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
- Examine existing contracts
- Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders/teams
- Keeping up to date with trends and innovations
- Track costs to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Control spending

YOUR PROFILE:

- Experience in updating or developing procurement processes
- Previous experience in a similar role in procurement is required
- Experience in preparing and negotiating contracts
- Interest in negotiations and networking
- Strong stakeholder management working across international locations
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other European language will be considered as a plus.

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
