**Procurement Excellence Intern**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
As **Procurement Excellence Intern** you are part of the Procurement Excellence Team and support them in all relevant supplier management processes. This role reports directly into the Head of Procurement Excellence for Group Procurement and is located at Rivergate, our Headquarter in Vienna or at any other Constantia site within Europe. Among the daily duties and tasks of the Procurement Excellence Intern, are:

- Support ad hoc analysis for procurement improvement projects;
- Support with the implementation of supplier management processes and the Oventis supplier management system;
- Drive the claims process by maintaining an overview and central storage of claims reporting;
- Manage the supplier database and supplier segmentation;
- Support with the development and implementation of a materials database for sustainability and innovation projects.

**Technical Attributes**:

- Educational background in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar
- First experience gained in Procurement / Process Management within previous internships is preferred
- Very good Knowhow of MS Office, including Excel and Powerpoint
- Fluent in English (oral and written)

The minimum monthly gross salary in Austria according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement amounts to at least € 1850,00. This can vary according to the latest achieved education as well as to the location of employement.
