**Your mission**:** Your contribution to World Data Lab**:

- Build, develop, and manage the marketing team
- Develop and implement a cohesive brand identity, including marketing strategy and budget for World Data Lab
- Provide strategic insight and clear communication (written and verbal) to your team and the organization on the company’s growth strategy
- Conceptualize and lead the successful execution of marketing campaigns on all relevant channels(landing pages, social media, newsletters)
- Plan and coordinate engaging content that supports the World Data Lab brand and growth ambition
- Monitor performance and analysis of growth strategies
- Creatively explore new ways to drive relevant traffic and generate qualified leads
- Write various types of articles on a wide range of topics for our blog

**Your profile**:
**What we are looking for**:

- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience;
- University degree in journalism, marketing, or communications;
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions;
- Analytical thinker with an ability to forecast and identify trends and challenges in marketing;
- Demonstrated experience in growing revenue at scale via performance marketing within a B2B technology or services company;
- A solid understanding of the go-to-market and sales processes in a complex organization;
- Understanding of advanced marketing and communication principles;
- Ability to work independently, accurately, and with quick comprehension;
- Willingness and motivation to get involved in the dynamics of a scale-up in an international environment;
- Excellent English skills (near-native/native level preferred). Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
