**Company Description**:
**Do you want to drive innovative HR Data projects and develop easy to use dashboard solutions?**

In this role, you‘ll contribute to HR Data projects to enable an insights-driven HR approach. You’ll work closely with the HR Analytics team and HR stakeholders to develop and improve Dashboard solutions.

With your curiosity and analytical skills, you'll run data projects, provide ad hoc support and drive innovation.

**DASHBOARD SOLUTIONS**

You'll develop new KPI dashboard solutions, as well as improve existing solutions due to continuously evolving business needs and system landscapes.

**REPORTING**

You'll support regular reporting processes by identifying efficiency wins and driving automation.

**SUPPORT HR MANAGERS & BUSINESS PARTNERS**

You’ll l support HR Managers and Business Partners in understanding KPI reporting and gaining insights from them. Furthermore, you’ll train HR Managers and Business Partners to effectively use reporting tools as well as support the workforce and personnel cost planning processes.

**Qualifications**:
Min. 2 years' experience in analytics and in handling multiple data sources

Degree in business or function-specific related field

Advanced level of MS Excel

Good coding skills, preferably R and/or SQL

Solid data visualization skills, preferably with PowerBI

Excellent attention to detail, process-driven and structured as well as an accurate way of working

Quick learner and strong analytical skills

Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, locally and internationally

Very good English language skills (written and spoken)

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
